PUZZLES
Inkjet printing directly onto the puzzle not only ensures a longer life span of the puzzle, it provides a consistent and even layer of fun graphics or photography. Many of our inkjet printers are equipped to quickly and accurately print high-quality photos directly onto puzzle boards. This application utilized the Xjet to print this candy image onto the puzzle. Traditional methods utilize a sticky plastic film this is glued over the puzzle before cutting. Issues arise during the cutting process where the graphic will not be fully cut through resulting in a torn graphic. The Xjet makes an ideal puzzle printing machine for this reason.
PLASTIC TOYS
Flawlessly decorate any plastic toy with the X5 and our specialized ink. Items such as mini skateboards can burst with colors with this full-color printer. Simply choose an artwork (which can be different for each skateboard) and print within minutes. Printing plastic toys of all kinds is possible with the X5.
WOODEN TOYS
To print on wooden toys, pad printing using the BA ink series is an excellent recommendation. The BA ink series prints and adheres to wood flawlessly. This ink series is fast drying, has a high degree of gloss and comes in 23 standard shades, 11 HD shades and 5 metallic shades. In addition to printing on wood, the BA ink series can print on acrylic and lacquered surfaces.
