The ICN-B100 1-color tabletop pad printer incorporates the patented VersaCup® ink cup assembly with a two-sided ceramic ring and tool-less setup to support rapid job changeover. The B100 is manufactured for demanding heavy-duty performance.

This machine was designed to handle parts up to 4.25 in (107.95 mm) tall including the part fixture. This 1-color tabletop pad printer has a robust pad compression capability of 120lbs at 80 PSI. An illuminated plate system provides visibility to the work area and the variable inking and print frequency controls allow the operator to regulate print opacity.

B150 Large Image Pad Printing Machine

The B150 large image pad printing machine is a versatile, benchtop pad printer used for industrial-grade, 1-color applications. This large image pad printer features a 150mm VersaCup® ink cup assembly which prints images up to 140mm (5.5 in) in diameter. With a compression capability of 779 lbs, this pad printing machine allows for easy handling of large, hard printing pads. 2200LI 1-COLOR LONG IMAGE PAD PRINTING MACHINE

The 2200-LI is a 1-color long image pad printer perfect for promotional items or sporting goods. This machine features a 1-color, heavy-duty sealed 90mm VersaCup® along with a double-sided ceramic ring. The 2200-LI 1-color large image pad printer utilizes a long pad, 12.99” (330mm) in length to print a full image onto hockey sticks, rulers and other long items.

This machine is great for printing one long graphic onto a long piece or two smaller graphics on one item. The ICN-200 pad printer is a one-color sealed cup pad printer ideal for large parts. This machine handles ink cups up to 7.8” (200mm), which enables it to print images up to 7.5” (190mm) in diameter. The 2200-LS is a 2-color linear conveyor pad printer equipped with a 20-station servo-driven indexing conveyor. This pad printing machine utilizes a 90mm Versacup® ink cup and 90mm ceramic ring to print images up to 80mm in diameter. The 2200-LS 2-color linear conveyor pad printer can be interfaced with automatic loading and unloading systems to create optimal production workflow. This industrial machine is convenient for printing high volumes of industrial, medical and promotional products. It is ideal for printing 1- or 2-color images on smaller parts such as plastic housings. Including the fixture, this machine is able to print on items up to 150mm tall (5.9”). The Brite label printing Machine Solution

The Brite label printing machine is the solution to increased opacity for all light pad printing ink colors. Created by Inkcups Engineers, this patented Brite process is the combination of a pad printing machine with an updated pad module and a highly-opaque Brite ink. Together, the pad printing ink and the pad printer create the most opaque printed care label possible on any pad printer.

ICN-150 2-COLOR LARGE IMAGE PAD PRINTING MACHINE

The ICN-150 is a 2-color large image pad printer capable of handling 150mm ink cups that enable printed images up to 140mm (5.5 in) in diameter. This unique printing feature far surpasses the industry’s standard 130mm ink cup (115mm image diameter) capability. This 2-color large image pad printer’s pad/ink cup stroke allows for easy loading of large parts and fine-tuning for the highest quality images. 2500 HEAVY DUTY 4-COLOR PAD PRINTING MACHINE
