ICN-150-4 4-COLOR LARGE IMAGE PAD PRINTING MACHINE

The 4-color ICN-150-4 is a large-part pad printing machine. It handles 150mm ink cups that enable printed images up to 140mm in diameter – significantly larger than the industry’s standard 130mm ink cups, which are only capable of 115mm images. The unique pad/ink cup stroke allows for easy loading of large parts and fine-tuning for the highest quality images.

The ICN-150-4’s excellent pad compression capability provides ample room for large, hard printing pads or pad clusters.

GN SERIES PAD PRINTING INK

The GN Series is an eco-friendly pad printing ink that adheres to a number of substrates including ABS, lacquered surfaces, metal, natural fabrics, plasticized PVC, Polyamide, Polycarbonate, Polymethacrylate, Polystyrene, Polyurethane, rigid PVC, the following treated materials: PETG, Polyacetal, Polyester, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, as well as wood.

This low odor, solvent based ink is available in 10 standard colors which can be found in the color chart listed in Resources below.

BA SERIES PAD PRINTING INK

BA Series pad printing ink is a high-gloss, easy-to-use, all-purpose 1- or 2-component pad printing ink. It is a fast-drying ink that adheres to a wide range of substrates, such as ABS, SAN, Rigid PVC, pre-treated polypropylene and polyethylene, polyester, polycarbonates, hard plastics, acrylics, wood, and finished substrates. As a two-component ink, the BA series offers exceptional abrasion resistance. Significantly increase abrasion resistance with the addition of hardener. In addition, the BA series has an extended pot life of 8-9 hours, easily lasting an entire production shift.

CG SERIES PAD PRINTING INK

CG Series pad printing ink is a specialty 2-component pad printing ink formulated for use with glass, ceramics, and metals. In addition, print on plated surfaces, chromed surfaces, hard plastics, epoxy resins, and lacquered surfaces. The printed result appears opaque and has a satin gloss. CG Series pad printing ink for glass offers excellent adhesion, rapid cross-linking, and improved abrasion resistance with a heat cure after printing. CG series ink is dishwasher safe once heat cured.

J3 SERIES PAD PRINTING INK

J3 Series is a glossy, quick-drying, versatile 1- or 2-component pad printing ink. J3’s high opacity and superior resistance to adhesion and chemicals such as alcohol, acids, and alkali make it the ideal choice for industrial applications and vinyl. Common applications of the J3 series are ABS, SAN, PETG, VIVAK, polystyrene, polycarbonate, vinyl, soft & hard PVC, PVC copolymers, polymethacrylate, paper, wood, and varnished substrates.

J3 pad printing ink is a medical grade (Class IV Cert.) MB SERIES PAD PRINTING INK

MB Series pad printing ink is the “go-to” high-gloss 2-component pad printing ink with excellent adhesion, even on difficult substrates. MB Series pad printing ink is an easy-to-use, fast-curing opaque ink series with superior mechanical and chemical resistance to alcohol, acids, and alkali on metals and hard plastics.
